The battle has begun, Fernebo v.s the Mosquitos. This weekend the helicopter bombing will start. Water levels are still very high.

Unfortunately water levels has rised since last weekend and it now looks like the mosquitos will  invade Fernebo shortly. Read more about the latest myggreport and keep a close look the water levels.

This years mosquito season seams to become quite bad. Friday night the invasion started, and it is now difficult to work outside.

For a few years now, we have had the mosquito situation under control. The “mosquito project”, get permits every year to fight mosquito’s with chemicals, a bacteria that take out only one species of the mosquito. The “mosquito project” together with years with less flooding and dry weather has kept the locals happy and nice summers.
