Yesterday the shack was completely shut down. SM3XLY Erik and SE3K Dan helped all day, and we disconnected and packed all the equipment. Then we stared to build the first operating positions, no radios yet, but computers.

Some metal work was done, in the non-existing workshop, cutting aluminium and drilling holes for coax connectors. Next step will be to connect the trunk cables between each operation position in the the other room.

Dan and me was also tightening the guy wires on the Ericsson tower.

Final moments in Luleå. Six openASC (mk2) ready for delivery to Fernebo. 4 driver boards and 3 general I/O was also completed. More information and photos later.

Work has started to build the openASC for SK3W.

SM0MPV/Claes (8S0C) and SM0HBV/Bengt visited the the station on Sunday. Claes made some contacts on 20m while the local QRP’ers SM3XIK and SM5EPO was cutting trees and bushes outside.

Main attraction was the bags with components for the upcoming openASC project, that Bengt brought. MANY THANKS!
